While automotive industry experience is an advantage, most important to us is your ability to effectively liaise with customers. Your role will be to act as the intermediary between our technicians and our clients who have vehicles in for servicing. You will be scheduling bookings, translating technical information to the clients and encouraging customers towards other service offerings.

Skills and attributes to thrive in this role include:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Sound computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems
- High levels of personal presentation
- Dedication to providing the very best customer service
- A clean NZ Drivers Licence

This position operates Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5.30pm with rostered Saturdays. We remunerate competitively and will align a salary + commission structure with the skills and experience you bring to the position.
