We're currently looking for an efficient and pro-active Junior Receptionist / Office All Rounder to join our team in Eden Terrace.

Based on reception, you will be the face of our company so exceptional professional and personal presentation is a must. This role is vital to ensure the smooth running of our office.

There will also be general administrative duties and customer service requirements as part of the role. This role requires someone who is self motivated and not afraid of hard work.

Responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and managing enquiries
- Greeting visitors
- Updating and maintaining databases and contact lists
- Scheduling meeting rooms
- Providing refreshments
- Manage mail and emails
- Filing and photocopying
- Supporting the Office Administrator

You'll need to be highly organised and capable of working under pressure.

Essential skills and attributes required will include:
- Strong computer skill - Including Office software package
- A current drivers licence and reliable transport
- Fantastic customer service skills - On the phone and in person
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- A high level of personal presentation

Knowledge of the new home or building industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
