We're currently looking for dynamic and proactive Service Advisors, to join Auckland City Toyota at our City Branch.

You'll ensure our Service Department is operating smoothly and efficiently - liaising with clients, distributors and staff.

Duties required for this role include:
- Creating repair orders and costing
- Receipting payments
- Updating clients on additional work
- Following up on carry overs
- Meet and greet customers
- Carry out walk arounds on vehicles

While previous experience in a Service Department is highly regarded, we are also interested to see applications from individuals who have proven customer service experience.

Other important skills and attributes include:
- High standards of customer service experience
- Motivation towards achieving targets
- A 'lead from the front' attitude
- Strong computer skills
- A high level of personal presentation
