We are looking for someone to join our busy team at tapespec where our product range and customer base is diverse and interesting. We are New Zealand's leading adhesive tape convertors providing extra service to the New Zealand marketplace nationwide.

This is an opportunity to join a growing company and build strong relationships with our customers and distributors nationwide.

The key to your success will be your drive to provide excellence in customer services, quality and timely administration and the ability to work under pressure.

Not for the faint hearted, this role requires a tenacity to meet the deadlines expected and the ability to pick up systems and processes together with the motivation and eagerness to learn and understand how planning within a manufacturing environment works is the key.

We require a person that has previous experience with dealing with products and a solid understanding of production / manufacturing processes.

Skills and Attributes Required:
- A minimum of 5 years customer service
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal with the ability to type and talk
- Interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with a wide range of people with the ability to handle challenging customers
- Product & / or manufacturing customer service background is an advantage.
- A commitment to teamwork, a professional customer first attitude and ability to deliver value added interactions
- Ability to assist and support customers with technical advice (using the tools provided).
- Ability to solve product or supply issues, quickly & effectively as they arise.
- It is essential to be accurate in all order and enquiry processing, to ensure customers receive exceptional service at all times.
- An ability to work methodically and keep a clear head - particularly when under pressure
- Computer Skills - Include Outlook 2010, basic excel skills and Infusion software knowledge would be an advantage.
