Ray White - Full Circle are an award winning real estate office in Christchurch, offering a full service to our community in Sales and Property Management.

We currently have a great opportunity for a creative, tech-savvy Administrator to join our busy team and ensure our office continues running smoothly at all times.

You will be working across both our Sales and Rentals departments, and will be responsible for manning our reception and assisting with the planning and implementation of our marketing strategies and content, as well as various administrative support tasks.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with walk-in, telephone and general office enquiries
- Producing marketing calendars, budgets and market submissions
- Managing the forms and documents the sales team use
- Assisting sales staff
- Producing material for auction evenings
- Brochure and sales material production, we currently use Adobe InDesign and Publisher
- Maintaining office supplies
- General day to day duties as required by the Management team

We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated professional who enjoys working hard, has a high degree of accuracy and has excellent time management and organisational skills.

Experience working in marketing co-ordination or a similar role will be highly regarded, but most important will be your track record of success in a fast paced and high demand role, coupled with outstanding computer skills and creativity.

Training in our specific software and systems will be provided.

Essential skills and attributes include:
- A super positive attitude and maturity in dealing with stressful situations
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong ability with technology including Microsoft Office Suite
- Superior organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Professional presentation, initiative and maturity

Experience working in the real estate industry would be an advantage, but is not essential if you are a quick learner who can juggle multiple tasks at once.
