Due to an increase in our management portfolio, we are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Asset Manager to join our experienced team of Asset Managers, to manage an established portfolio of retail and commercial properties in the Auckland region.

Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Overall property management responsibility for a number of commercial, retail and mixed use commercial properties
- Control of tenant debtors
- Setting operating budgets and monitoring same
- Arranging leasing of vacant premises through real estate agents and negotiating new leases, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Ensuring all lease, building services and statutory compliance documentation is kept current
- Working with client parties to achieve commercial outcomes including identifying value adding opportunities

We're looking for candidate with:
- Minimum of three years post-graduate property management experience or relevant commercial and retail property management experience
- Commitment to high service standards for our clients and tenants
- Good communication and computer literacy skills
- A hands-on approach to problem solving
- An understanding of commercial leases, building services and asset management software usage
