In a fast paced world where attention to detail is essential & flexibility is key, we are looking for energetic, computer savvy Personal Assistants to work with our top performers at Harcourts Cooper & Co on the North Shore.

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous PA experience a plus but not essential
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including mail merge with Word and Outlook
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent phone manner & ability to work well under pressure
- Fantastic interpersonal skills, with a positive & friendly attitude
- Social media savvy, working with Facebook & Twitter
- Real Estate background a plus but not essential

It is essential that you are highly confident and proactive with a can-do attitude. You will take great pride in your personal presentation and standards.

We have multiple positions available, working 10, 20, 30 hours per week, or full time hours.
