Coutts Newmarket, Auckland's home of Mercedes-Benz is looking for an energetic and outgoing Service Administrator to join our workshop frontline reception area.

We're looking for someone with previous professional Administration and Reception experience preferably in the Automotive industry.

Our ideal candidate will require a passion for customer service with clerical ability and good computer skills.

The role involves meeting and greeting our customers as well as long-term relationship building and efficiently delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be a key member of our service team working along side our Service Advisors. You'll be involved in the day to day facets of our workshop and service reception, dealing with our high profile clients.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with our in-house computer system
- Answering, screening & monitoring telephone calls
- Maintaining an excellent level of customer service at all times

Key attributes we are looking for include:
- Excellent personal presentation
- Ideally automotive industry experience
- Ability to multi-task and cope under pressure
- A Full NZ drivers licence
- MS Office, internet skills with the confidence in learning new systems
- Confident customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

As this is a very busy role, you will also excel in accuracy, organisation and multi-tasking.
