We require a Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team.

Ideally you'll have a strong background in automotive sales management, you'll understand the importance of maximising profitability and sales and will successfully demonstrate the skills and drive to make things happen. We will also look at applicants with a strong history in automotive sales.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Motivating Sales staff to achieve targets
- Managing used car stock
- Accurate appraisal of vehicles
- Purchasing vehicles
- Achieving department targets
- Monitoring and managing sales expenses
- Setting clear targets
- Monitoring leads-to sale conversion rates

As a natural relationship builder and coach, you'll need to lead by example and maintain a supportive and encouraging work environment. We're looking for someone who is capable of not only building long term relationships with staff, but with our valued customers as well.
