About Us The Skin Institute is a well-established nationwide multi-disciplinary practice whose focus is Skin Cancer and its treatment, Veins, Dermatology, Cosmetic Surgery and Appearance Medicine. Skin Institute Nelson - this is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing clinic in Richmond. We are seeking an experienced Nurse to work on a casual basis to cover busy clinics and staff absences. Theatre / Practice Nurse About You You will be an all-rounder, assisting in Theatre and undertaking Practice Nursing duties. You will be a great team-player, committed to the development of this growing clinic and part of the wider Skin Institute team nation-wide. You will be a reliable, enthusiastic, organised Nurse with excellent clinical documentation and communication skills. The role provides Nursing for skin cancer minor surgical lists, Dermatology, skin cancer treatments and surgical wound management. Selection criteria: - Registered Nurse eligible for registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand. - A current Nursing Council of New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate. - Experience in Practice Nursing and/or Theatre experience. - Dermatology experience is desirable. - Minimum of 2 years RN experience.
