We are an expanding company who specialise in a wide variety of steel fabrication including architectural metalwork and custom fabrication. We are involved with many high profile, interesting and challenging projects as you can see on our website. We're looking for skilled Welders Fabricators / Installers to join our busy Penrose team. Sheet work, S/S handrail work, furniture, architectural work, structural steel, rigging and site installation experience a bonus. Site Safe passport carriers preferred. You should be able to: - Work unsupervised - Read drawings, as well as layout and install to drawings - Fabricate to a high level - Have a current drivers licence and be able to drive a manual - Work in a team environment - Have 3 plus years trade experience - Follow Design Production's safe work procedures You should be proficient at MIG & TIG welding and be adaptable to a wide range of project styles, with experience in a variety of metals, both heavy and light gauge. Structural steel fabrication and rigging of steel structures for install will also be involved. There will be site and factory work in this position. You need to be flexible and have a can do attitude. Design Production has a culture of training and personal development and our team hold industry specific qualifications, licenses and tickets.
