Varied role job sharing with one other administrator

Barfoot & Thompson Kohimarama Branch are looking for an administrator to job share on a permanent basis. Thursday and Friday 8.30am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm.

This position involves a variety of tasks including the general day to day running of the office and support to our sales team to ensure the high level of service expected from Barfoot & Thompson.

Responsibilities will include:
- Front line point of contact
- Processing new listings, budgets, contracts and financial disbursements
- Booking media advertising and preparation of marketing material
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining the office
- Accounts payable input and petty cash
- General office duties and support to the agents and Branch Manager

Experience with the following packages is desired but not necessary as training will be provided:
- Mydesktop
- Daybook
- Campaign Track

The ideal candidate is someone with excellent time management skills, is proactive, nicely presented and articulate with a can do attitude! Experience in a similar role is preferred.
