Harcourts Hamilton Rentals is a successful Property Management and Body Corporate Management company offering a first class service to Landlords, Tenants and Investors.

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team.

In this role you will be responsible for providing administration and accounts support, as well as, ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.

We are looking for a self-motivated tech-savy professional with a head for numbers and proven experience in a similar accounts administration role.

Essential skills and attributes include:
- 2+ years accounts experience
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines while working under pressure
