About the role Property management is a key focus area of our business and the number one priority of this role is to grow our property management business, both in terms of revenue and market share. The role provides leadership to the following areas within property management: - Training - Products - Marketing - Technology - Systems, reporting and administration You will be responsible for: - Creating strong relationships with business owners and other stakeholders to provide support in accordance to the Harcourts way of Property Management through business planning, quarterly reviews, office visits and be instrumental in setting the vision and strategic direction of Harcourts Property Management for New Zealand - Leading and developing the Harcourts Property Management community including but not limited to the delivery of training in all formats inclusive of online and in rooms - Continuing to develop the Property Management core products and intellectual property for New Zealand and contributing to the Harcourts International resources as a whole - Communication with key stakeholders in New Zealand to assist in all queries with a focus on growth - Setting and meeting budgets and goals within the Property Management business plan This is an exciting and challenging role with a dynamic leadership team that will see you work directly with the Head of Operations, Chief Executive Officer, Heads of Departments including our international Head of Property Management. The role reports to Harcourts Head of Operations, New Zealand. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate: - Expert property management knowledge and general understanding of real estate in NZ - Strong ability to prepare and train property management material - Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills - Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for both management and growth - Understand a client's needs and wants and have a genuine passion for delivering the highest level of service. - Commercial property management experience, while not necessary, is preferred Only applications with a relevant cover letter will be considered for the role. |
