We have an exciting opportunity available for a Restaurant Manager who would like to join our successful team in Onetangi, Waiheke. Enjoy working right on the beach at Charlie Farley's! We're open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you have Bar and / or Barista experience in a similar licensed establishment this will be highly desirable. A current New Zealand General Managers certificate and LCQ is also a strong advantage, however not essential. Other key skills and attributes include: - Experience in food and kitchen service - Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure - Have a fantastic personality with winning smile - Ability to provide a high level of customer service - Ability to work within a team as well as motivate as a leader - Have knowledge of stock management systems and cash ups - Flexibility to work shifts including weekends We want people who understand the essence of quality.
