Your mission, should you choose to accept, is to assist one of our top performing salespeople to support and grow her real estate sales business while maintaining the highest level of client service! We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated, well presented licensed real estate sales professional who enjoys working hard and having fun! You will have a high degree of working accuracy, excellent time management and organisational skills while maintaining an unflustered approach to your role. The successful applicant will also possess: - A super positive attitude and maturity in dealing with stressful situations - Outstanding attention to detail, the ability to prioritise your time to meet deadlines and excellent written and spoken English - Sound ability with technology and computer software - Must hold a Real Estate Sales Certificate and have some selling experience The role will encompass a range of responsibilities and is a full time selling and client management position (including weekend and evening work). In a nutshell, we are seeking a right hand man or woman to assist and learn every aspect of the day to day sales business. While full support and training in our systems will be provided, you will need to have a thirst to learn new skills and develop your own sales business under guidance. Above all, the successful applicant must want to work in an exciting industry with lots of variation from day to day.
