Are you keen to get started on a career in property management? Whilst some industry experience or knowledge would be beneficial, it is not essential - what's important is your attitude, energy and willingness to learn along with: - Outstanding communication skills & a natural ability to multi task - Strong attention to detail and spectacular time management skills - A drive to provide exceptional customer service every time This is a great opportunity to join the team of a highly respected property management company as an Assistant Property Manager and get your foot in the door. The role will provide plenty of variety, support and training as you will be assisting one of our existing Property Managers to look after a portfolio of residential investment properties. Your duties will include: - Hosting viewings for residential properties - Processing applications and compiling tenancy paperwork - Co-ordinating property inspection notifications - Carrying out inspections - Co-ordinating property maintenance - Dealing with tenant concerns - Helping with the myriad of unexpected events that can pop up in the daily life of a property manager! Other skills and attributes we would love to see: - Full, clean driver's licence - Confidence with technology and a quick study with new software - Trustworthiness and a strong work ethic - A willingness to take initiative and be proactive - Ability to work alone and in a team Being a part of The Locals Property Management means you will be joining a market leader in their part of Auckland and a highly successful, dynamic member of the Ray White Group based in Kingsland.
