As a part-time Administration Assistant your day will be varied, no one day looking like the next. Working 2 days per week you will take on a range of tasks including basic accounts payable, general administration, marketing, and reception. Most importantly you will provide direct support to the Finance Manager and will step in when they are away.

You will be confident and reliable, able to liaise with a variety of clients and business partners and maintain the high standards they have come to expect. Operating in a modern industrial space in Freemans Bay, you will love the environment and the convenient location.

Your responsibilities:
- Process deposit releases
- Manage trust account transactions and process associated paperwork in Finance Managers absence
- Process weekly creditor invoices
- Provide back-up support to the sales team to include drafting contracts, managing marketing deadlines, and maintaining the office
- Provide general administrative support

Your attitude and background:
- Advanced experience using MS office
- Ability to support a small team, ideally in a sales environment
- Proven experience with accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team
- Can-do attitude is a must
