This is a great opportunity to work with senior developers that are delivering new functionality every week. The in-house systems include web applications, API, data warehouse, website, image / document management, presentation systems, financials, and property / transaction systems.
You will have good programming skills and experience with Microsoft tech stack .Net 4x, C#, Web API, ASP.Net/MVC, jQuery, LINQ, MSSQL, CSS and Web Standards HTML. Initially the position will work in our Identity Management team with the opportunity to move in to our Web or API scrum teams to ensure development of your full stack skills.
The position reports to the CIO and you will be working in a team of 35 IT professionals in Barfoot & Thompson's modern head office building located in Auckland CBD, offering a great culture with a good work life balance. You will be able to develop your skills while delivering purposeful work. Remuneration is market rate reflecting your experience, capability and passion.
The ideal person will be an intermediate developer with three years or more experience developing and supporting applications in medium to large scale businesses. You are likely to have a tertiary level qualification in Information Technology or similar.
