Caci Tauranga has continued to experience rapid growth in the past 12 months and we are now seeking an additional full time Intermediate/Senior Beauty Therapist to join our already amazing team! Each staff member is a valued part of the Caci Tauranga Team and we encourage all our staff to take an active role in the management of client programmes and customer care. We reward our staff with: - Competitive hourly rates and commission on retail. - Product buying privileges, Treatment allowances, monthly incentives and rewards - Ongoing training in-house and at our dedicated training academy for you to truly develop your career in advanced treatments - Ongoing support and coaching to help you achieve your goals - A beautiful fun working environment with a fabulous team of like-minded professionals and in-house support - The ability to work alongside Registered Nurses (Caci Cosmetic Injectors) Does your experience and personality include: - Recognised qualifications in Beauty Therapy and Electrolysis - Certifications in either VPL, IPL or Laser - Have a minimum of 3 years experience in Beauty Therapy - Exceptional personal presentation - A proven sales record and excellent customer service skills - Expert skin knowledge with the desire to grow, develop and succeed - A sparkly, confident attitude with a great sense of team and a passion for what you do - Be available to work some evenings and Saturdays - Minimum of 30 hours to start - Be a Team Player You will be a pivotal team member and will be required to provide treatments in accordance with Caci's protocols, along with being highly professional and competent in our treatment and services.
