We're on the lookout for a Parts Advisor to join our fantastic team at Duncan & Ebbett Hamilton. This is a full-time role 8am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri, and alternating Saturdays. Duties include but not limited to: - Interacting & building relationships with clients, face to face and over the phone - Quoting pricing & availability of stock - Encouraging sales of parts merchandise, accessories and additional products or services to clients - Monitoring & maintaining parts stock levels - Reporting to and supporting the Parts Manager - Checking parts in on arrival from supplier - Returning surplus parts to supplier - Managing the store room to be tidy and organised - Completing stock documentation - Working with the service and workshop teams to ensure parts are available when required Skills required: - Excellent organisational ability - Excellent spoken and written English - Good time management skills - Sound Word and Excel skills - A can-do attitude and always on time - Reliable and adaptable We are looking for someone with drive and ambition to make this role their own and join our wonderful team, if this sounds like you...
